With over 17 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare sector, I have had the privilege of working across the full healthcare business cycle — from hospital start-ups and expansion to operations, financing, quality improvement and institutional governance.
I have also worked extensively in quality and accreditation programmes, including ISO certification, KQMH, SafeCare, COHSASA and JCI, as well as staff management, training and performance improvement — alongside the establishment and structuring of Boards of Governors.
These experiences have taught me that running a healthcare institution is very different from simply running a business. Clinical quality, people, systems, financing, governance and commercial sustainability must work together. It is from this practical experience that Wazuri Healthcare Partners was established.
Our goal is simple: to help healthcare entrepreneurs build institutions that work — for the patient, the healthcare professional and the investor.
We work out where your problem sits and start there.

Is the hospital actually profitable, and do you know your true cost per patient? We trace revenue leakages and claims that are lost, rejected or delayed.
Patient numbers, referral sources, competition and retention. You may not need more services — you may need patients to choose the ones you already have.
Patient flow, waiting times, theatre and bed utilisation, lab and pharmacy turnaround, procurement and stock — where the day-to-day efficiency is leaking.
Structure, roles, accountability and turnover. Not whether you have enough staff, but whether the people you have are managed and measured properly.
Policies, SOPs, clinical governance, patient safety and accreditation readiness (SafeCare, COHSASA, JCI, ISO, KQMH) — the systems behind the certificate.
New services, specialist clinics, branches, acquisitions, equipment investment and payer opportunities — once the fundamentals are working.
A hospital can have good doctors, nurses and equipment and still fail because decision rights, accountability and management meetings are weak.
Each stage stands alone as an engagement — but the value compounds when one partner carries the plan all the way through.
