This policy explains how Wazuri Business Consultancy, trading as Wazuri Healthcare Partners (“we”, “us”), collects and uses the personal information you share with us, including through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms and WhatsApp. We handle your data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

  • Your full name and phone number (including your WhatsApp number)
  • Your facility's name, level and years of operation
  • Your role in the facility
  • The main challenge you tell us your facility is facing
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp

2. How we use it

  • To contact you about booking a healthcare facility audit
  • To understand your facility's needs before we speak with you
  • To send you information about our services, which you can stop at any time
  • To keep records of our conversations with you

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

3. Legal basis

We process your information because you gave us your consent when you submitted the form or messaged us, and because we need it to respond to your request for our services.

4. Who we share it with

Only our own team members who need it to serve you. We use Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) to collect and communicate, so Meta also processes your information under its own Data Policy. We will share information with authorities only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we are in contact about our services, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. How we protect it

We store your information on password-protected devices and accounts, limit access to our team, and take reasonable steps to keep it safe from loss or misuse.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, you can:

  • Ask what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it or delete it
  • Withdraw your consent or stop receiving messages from us
  • Object to how we use your information
  • Complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (www.odpc.go.ke)
