About Us

We are a healthcare advisory and project delivery firm based in Nairobi, working with the people building and running facilities across Kenya and East Africa. From the first feasibility study to the day a facility opens — and every year after — we carry the commercial and operational weight so our clients can stay focused on care.

Why We Exist

Good medicine fails on bad commercial decisions.

Across the region there are excellent clinicians running facilities that lose money, half-built hospitals waiting on a loan that was never structured properly, and investors who priced a healthcare asset like a real estate one. Almost none of that is a clinical problem.

Wazuri Healthcare Partners exists to carry that commercial weight — feasibility, capital, build, licensing, systems, revenue cycle and expansion — so the people who trained to treat patients can get back to doing it, on a business that holds.

How We Work

Four things we don't compromise on.

01

Bankable, not decorative

Every plan we write is built to survive a lender's or investor's scrutiny.

02

One accountable partner

No handing you between advisors, contractors and consultants who never speak.

03

Clinical reality first

Financial models that reflect how care is actually delivered and paid for in Kenya.

04

Built to be handed over

Success is a facility that runs profitably after our engagement ends.

Engagement Process

Assess, plan, deliver, hand over.

The same four steps whether the engagement is a feasibility study or a two-year build.

01

Assessment

A structured look at where you are: plan, numbers, operations, regulatory position.

02

Plan

A written scope with sequence, cost and the decisions that need to be made first.

03

Delivery

We do the work — modelling, raising, building, fixing — with a named lead accountable to you.

04

Handover

Systems, documentation and people in place so the facility runs without us.
